How To Read Usage

  1. Open Usage.
  2. Check total download, upload, and combined usage.
  3. Review usage percentage against data limit if the plan has a limit.
  4. Check daily graph or table for high-usage days.
  5. Review session history if available.

Common Reasons Usage Looks Unexpected

Situation Explanation
Usage updates late RADIUS accounting may post usage after session updates or disconnect.
Usage is higher than expected Multiple devices, streaming, downloads, updates, or shared Wi-Fi.
Usage shows zero ISP may have disabled display or accounting data may not be available yet.
Active session missing Router accounting or NAS connectivity may need ISP review.

Customer Action

If usage looks wrong, customer should share date, approximate time, device count, and screenshot with ISP support. ISP staff should verify RADIUS accounting and subscriber sessions.
