Partner Wallet and Settlements

The partner wallet tracks prepaid balance, renewal deductions, credits, debits, settlements, and financial reconciliation between ISP and partner.

The partner wallet tracks prepaid balance, renewal deductions, credits, debits, settlements, and financial reconciliation between ISP and partner.

Where To Open

Area Menu URL
Wallets Partners -> Wallets /wallets/index
Wallet Transactions Partners -> Wallet Transactions /wallets/transactions
Settlement Requests Partners -> Settlement Requests /settlement-requests/index
Commission Trace Partner reports or commission pages /commission/*

Wallet Renewal Flow

  1. ISP credits partner wallet or approves settlement/top-up.
  2. Partner renews subscriber.
  3. System deducts partner cost according to plan share settings.
  4. Subscriber expiry and billing records update.
  5. Wallet ledger stores the transaction.

Request Or Track Settlement

  1. Open Settlement Requests.
  2. Create request or review existing requests.
  3. Attach payment reference if required.
  4. Wait for ISP approval.
  5. Confirm wallet ledger after approval.

Ledger Checks

Before reporting a wallet issue, check:

  • Opening balance.
  • Top-up credits.
  • Renewal debits.
  • Refunds or reversals.
  • Manual adjustments.
  • Closing balance.

Common Problems

Problem Check
Wallet balance low Pending top-up or settlement approval.
Renewal deducted wrong amount Plan share buy price, commission, GST mode.
Ledger mismatch Reconciliation report and manual adjustment audit.
Wallet frozen ISP admin may have frozen wallet for review.
