ISP Portal Getting Started

Use the ISP Portal when you operate the business side of an ISP: staff access, partners, subscribers, billing, RADIUS, inventory, reports, support, and portal configuration.

Open the tenant ISP domain and sign in from /login.

Example:

https://your-isp-domain.com/login

The portal uses the app guard. ISP admins, partners, and employees all use the same portal, but menu visibility depends on permissions and hierarchy scope.

First Setup Checklist

  1. Open Settings -> General and confirm company profile, timezone, currency, support phone, and support email.
  2. Open Settings -> Billing Engine and confirm invoice mode, tax behavior, wallet behavior, and renewal rules.
  3. Open Settings -> Subscriber Portal and decide what customers can see or do from self-care.
  4. Open Plans and create the broadband plans that subscribers will buy or renew.
  5. Open Networking -> NAS Devices and add each BRAS or router used for authentication.
  6. Open Networking -> IPv4 Pools or IPv6 Pools and define available address pools.
  7. Open Roles and Permissions before creating employees.
  8. Add partners only after wallet and plan sharing rules are ready.

Daily Operator Flow

Most ISP teams work in this order:

  1. Check Dashboard -> General, Network, and Finance.
  2. Review Subscribers for expiring, suspended, unpaid, or recently added users.
  3. Handle new payments from Billing -> Payments.
  4. Watch failed logins from Networking -> Auth Log.
  5. Work open tickets from Support -> Tickets.
  6. Export operational reports from Reports.

Permission Model

Menu items are permission controlled. If an employee cannot see a module, check:

  1. The employee is active.
  2. The employee has a role.
  3. The role has the correct permission, such as subscribers.view, invoices.view, or nas-devices.view.
  4. The employee is assigned to the correct organization scope.
