ISP Portal Getting Started
Use the ISP Portal when you operate the business side of an ISP: staff access, partners, subscribers, billing, RADIUS, inventory, reports, support, and portal configuration.
Login
Open the tenant ISP domain and sign in from /login.
Example:
https://your-isp-domain.com/login
The portal uses the app guard. ISP admins, partners, and employees all use the same portal, but menu visibility depends on permissions and hierarchy scope.
First Setup Checklist
- Open
Settings -> Generaland confirm company profile, timezone, currency, support phone, and support email. - Open
Settings -> Billing Engineand confirm invoice mode, tax behavior, wallet behavior, and renewal rules. - Open
Settings -> Subscriber Portaland decide what customers can see or do from self-care. - Open
Plansand create the broadband plans that subscribers will buy or renew. - Open
Networking -> NAS Devicesand add each BRAS or router used for authentication. - Open
Networking -> IPv4 PoolsorIPv6 Poolsand define available address pools. - Open
Roles and Permissionsbefore creating employees. - Add partners only after wallet and plan sharing rules are ready.
Daily Operator Flow
Most ISP teams work in this order:
- Check
Dashboard -> General,Network, andFinance. - Review
Subscribersfor expiring, suspended, unpaid, or recently added users. - Handle new payments from
Billing -> Payments. - Watch failed logins from
Networking -> Auth Log. - Work open tickets from
Support -> Tickets. - Export operational reports from
Reports.

Permission Model
Menu items are permission controlled. If an employee cannot see a module, check:
- The employee is active.
- The employee has a role.
- The role has the correct permission, such as
subscribers.view,invoices.view, ornas-devices.view. - The employee is assigned to the correct organization scope.
