Field technicians handle installation, repair, device replacement, cable work, and site visits. Their portal access is usually limited to tickets, field visits, subscribers, and technician stock.

Visit Flow
- Open assigned field visit.
- Review subscriber, address, issue, and scheduled time.
- Start visit when reaching site.
- Record diagnosis and work done.
- Add used material or device serial number.
- Mark visit complete or failed with reason.
- Update ticket comment.
Installation Flow
- Confirm customer identity and address.
- Install CPE, router, ONU, or cable.
- Record serial numbers and MAC address.
- Verify signal or link status.
- Confirm subscriber login.
- Mark installation complete.
Material Rules
Do not use unassigned stock without recording movement. Serial-numbered devices should always be linked to subscriber or visit record.
