Employee access is controlled by roles and permissions. This keeps billing, support, network, inventory, and settings work separated.

Where Admin Configures It

Common Role Examples

Role Typical Access
Billing Agent Invoices, payments, collection reports.
Support Agent Subscribers, tickets, comments, basic diagnostics.
NOC Operator NAS devices, online sessions, auth log, usage reports.
Field Technician Field visits, assigned tickets, technician stock.
Manager Dashboard, reports, approvals, wider subscriber visibility.

Missing Menu Troubleshooting

If an employee cannot see a module:

  1. Check employee status is active.
  2. Check role assignment.
  3. Check module permission, such as tickets.view or payments.create.
  4. Check organization scope.
  5. Ask employee to logout and login again.
