| NOC Operator | NAS devices, online sessions, auth log, usage reports. |

| Manager | Dashboard, reports, approvals, wider subscriber visibility. |
Missing Menu Troubleshooting
If an employee cannot see a module:
- Check employee status is active.
- Check role assignment.
- Check module permission, such as
tickets.vieworpayments.create. - Check organization scope.
- Ask employee to logout and login again.
