Subscriber Plans and Renewal

Plans show the current package and available plan actions. Renewal extends service validity. Upgrade changes the active plan when the ISP allows self-service up

Subscriber Plans and Renewal

Plans show the current package and available plan actions. Renewal extends service validity. Upgrade changes the active plan when the ISP allows self-service upgrades.

Where To Open

Area Menu URL
Plans Plans /portal/plans
Renew Plans -> Renew /portal/plans/renew

Renew Current Plan

  1. Open Plans.
  2. Select renew current plan.
  3. Confirm plan name, speed, validity, price, tax, and total.
  4. Choose payment option if online payment is enabled.
  5. Submit renewal.
  6. Confirm expiry date and invoice/payment status.

Upgrade Plan

Upgrade appears only when the ISP enables plan upgrade.

  1. Open Plans.
  2. Compare available plans.
  3. Select the desired plan.
  4. Confirm payable amount and activation timing.
  5. Complete payment if required.
  6. Confirm dashboard shows the new plan after processing.

What To Check Before Renewal

  • Current plan name.
  • Expiry date.
  • Outstanding dues.
  • Wallet balance if wallet is used.
  • Payment gateway availability.
  • Any ISP notice about maintenance or billing changes.
