Partner Portal Getting Started
Partners, LCOs, and franchise operators use the same ISP Portal login as staff users, but the portal only shows data inside the partner's assigned organization subtree.
Open the ISP tenant domain and sign in from /login with the partner account.
Example:
https://your-isp-domain.com/login
Partner accounts use the app guard. The visible menus depend on the partner's permissions and the ISP's partner settings.
What A Partner Can Usually Do
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | View own subscriber, renewal, collection, and wallet summary. |
| Subscribers | Add, view, renew, suspend, or support assigned subscribers where allowed. |
| Wallet | Track prepaid balance, deductions, and top-up requests. |
| Plan Sharing | Sell only plans shared by the ISP. |
| Support | Create or track tickets for own subscribers. |
| Reports | Export scoped subscriber, renewal, collection, wallet, and commission data. |
First Day Checklist
- Login and confirm partner profile details.
- Check wallet balance and settlement rules.
- Confirm which plans are shared by the ISP.
- Add or review assigned subscribers.
- Test one renewal flow with the ISP admin watching.
- Check reports after the first transaction.
Scope Rules
Partners do not see the full ISP business. They see their own organization and child organizations only. If a subscriber is missing, the ISP admin should check the subscriber's owner, partner assignment, and hierarchy path.
