What The Status Means

Status Meaning Customer Action
Active Service is currently enabled No action unless renewal is close.
Expired Plan validity ended Renew plan or contact ISP.
Suspended ISP blocked service temporarily Pay dues or contact support.
Disconnected Service is stopped Contact ISP for reconnection.

Common Questions

If expiry looks wrong, customers should check recent payments and invoices first. If payment was successful but dashboard still shows unpaid, ask the ISP to verify payment gateway logs and invoice status.
