The dashboard gives customers a quick status page for their internet service. It shows plan status, expiry, wallet or outstanding balance, recent invoices, notices, usage summary, and support status where enabled.

How Customers Use It
- Check current plan and expiry date.
- Review outstanding amount or wallet balance.
- Confirm whether service is active, suspended, expired, or disconnected.
- Read notices from the ISP.
- Check recent invoices and payment status.
- Jump to billing, plans, usage, or support from the dashboard actions.
What The Status Means
| Status | Meaning | Customer Action |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Service is currently enabled | No action unless renewal is close. |
| Expired | Plan validity ended | Renew plan or contact ISP. |
| Suspended | ISP blocked service temporarily | Pay dues or contact support. |
| Disconnected | Service is stopped | Contact ISP for reconnection. |
Common Questions
If expiry looks wrong, customers should check recent payments and invoices first. If payment was successful but dashboard still shows unpaid, ask the ISP to verify payment gateway logs and invoice status.
