Settings control tenant behavior. Access management controls what employees can see and do. Configure these before opening the system to a full operations team.

Where To Open

Payment Gateways Settings -> Payment Gateways /settings/payment-gateways
Security Settings -> Security /settings/security
Roles Administration -> Roles and Permissions /roles/index
Audit Trail Administration -> Audit Trail /audit-trail/index
  1. General settings: company profile, currency, timezone, support contacts.
  2. Billing engine: invoice, renewal, tax, wallet, late-fee behavior.
  3. Subscriber portal: self-care feature toggles, branding, custom domain, login rules.
  4. Notifications: channels, templates, provider credentials.
  5. Payment gateways: Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, or configured gateway settings.
  6. Security: password policy, session rules, sensitive access settings.
  7. Roles: create employee roles and assign permissions.
  8. Audit: review changes after configuration.

Create An Employee Role

  1. Open Roles and Permissions.
  2. Create role such as Billing Agent, Support Agent, NOC, Technician, or Read Only.
  3. Enable only the module permissions needed for that job.
  4. Save role.
  5. Assign role while creating or editing employee.
  6. Test login once with that employee account.

Permission Examples

Billing Agent invoices.view, payments.view, payments.create, reports.view
Support Agent subscribers.view, tickets.view, tickets.create, tickets.assign
NOC nas-devices.view, radius.view, reports.view
Technician field-visits.view, field-visits.update, inventory.view
Admin Settings, roles, subscribers, billing, network, reports, audit.

Subscriber Portal Feature Toggles

Use Settings -> Subscriber Portal to enable or disable customer actions:

  • Online payment.
  • Invoice download.
  • Plan upgrade.
  • Ticket creation.
  • Profile edit.
  • Password change.
  • Usage graph and data visibility.
