Recommended Setup Order
- General settings: company profile, currency, timezone, support contacts.
- Billing engine: invoice, renewal, tax, wallet, late-fee behavior.
- Subscriber portal: self-care feature toggles, branding, custom domain, login rules.
- Notifications: channels, templates, provider credentials.
- Payment gateways: Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, or configured gateway settings.
- Security: password policy, session rules, sensitive access settings.
- Roles: create employee roles and assign permissions.
- Audit: review changes after configuration.
Create An Employee Role
- Open
Roles and Permissions. - Create role such as Billing Agent, Support Agent, NOC, Technician, or Read Only.
- Enable only the module permissions needed for that job.
- Save role.
- Assign role while creating or editing employee.
- Test login once with that employee account.
Permission Examples

Subscriber Portal Feature Toggles
Use Settings -> Subscriber Portal to enable or disable customer actions:
- Online payment.
- Invoice download.
- Plan upgrade.
- Ticket creation.
- Profile edit.
- Password change.
- Usage graph and data visibility.
