Profile shows subscriber identity, contact information, address, and password settings. What can be edited depends on ISP portal configuration.

Profile shows subscriber identity, contact information, address, and password settings. What can be edited depends on ISP portal configuration.

Update Profile
If profile editing is enabled:
- Open
Profile. - Update allowed fields such as phone, email, or address.
- Save changes.
- Confirm success message.
Some fields may be locked because they are tied to billing, KYC, or service identity. Ask ISP staff to update locked fields.
Change Password
If password change is enabled:
- Open
Profile. - Enter current password.
- Enter new password.
- Save.
- Login again if session is refreshed.
Security Tips
- Do not share portal password with other people.
- Use a strong password for the portal.
- Contact ISP if unknown payments, profile changes, or tickets appear.
- Logout from shared computers.
