Where To Open

Area Menu URL
Reports Reports -> All Reports /reports/index
Partner collection Reports -> Partner Collection /reports/partner-collection/index
Partner wallet balance Reports -> Partner Wallet Balance /reports/partner-wallet-balance/index
Tickets Support -> Tickets /tickets/index

Useful Partner Reports

Report Use It For
Subscriber Report List assigned customers and status.
Expiry Report Follow up renewals.
Collection Report Track received money.
Partner Wallet Balance Reconcile wallet.
Wallet Ledger Check all debits and credits.
Renewal Report Audit renewed subscribers.
Ticket Summary Track support load.

Support Flow

  1. Search subscriber before creating a ticket.
  2. Create ticket with clear issue category and priority.
  3. Add comments after customer call or field visit.
  4. Escalate to ISP admin or NOC when RADIUS, NAS, or backend access is needed.
  5. Close ticket only after customer confirms.
