ISP Dashboard

The dashboard is the first health check for ISP admins. It gives a quick view of business count, finance pressure, network status, renewals, online sessions, and monitoring alerts.

Where To Open

Area Menu URL
General Dashboard Dashboard -> General /dashboard/index
Network Dashboard Dashboard -> Network /dashboard/network
Finance Dashboard Dashboard -> Finance /dashboard/finance
Monitoring Dashboard -> Monitoring /monitoring/index

How To Use It

  1. Start with the General dashboard to check subscriber totals, active count, pending renewals, and business alerts.
  2. Open the Network dashboard when users complain about connectivity, slow speed, or mass disconnection.
  3. Open the Finance dashboard at the start and end of the day to review collections, unpaid invoices, and revenue trend.
  4. Use Monitoring pages for radius health, billing health, wallet alerts, and renewal queue checks.

What Each Widget Means

Widget Type What To Look For Action
Subscriber count Sudden drop in active users Check renewal queue and suspension jobs.
Online sessions Sharp change in live sessions Check NAS health, RADIUS auth log, and network outage.
Revenue cards Low daily collection or high outstanding Open payments and outstanding reports.
Expiry alerts Users expiring today or soon Renew manually or verify auto-renewal settings.
System alerts Failed jobs or warning states Open Monitoring and logs before making bulk changes.

Common Actions

  • Click subscriber counts to move into filtered subscriber views.
  • Use finance cards to jump into invoices or payments.
  • Use network cards before restarting any router or RADIUS service.
  • Compare General, Network, and Finance dashboards before concluding a problem is billing or network related.

Troubleshooting

If a dashboard card looks empty, check that the logged-in user has permission for that data area. If network counters are stale, check RADIUS accounting ingestion and NAS connectivity. If finance totals look wrong, verify the date filter, tenant filter, and invoice/payment status.
