Create A Ticket
- Open
Support. - Click create ticket.
- Select issue category.
- Enter a clear subject.
- Describe the issue with time, device, router lights, error message, and screenshots if available.
- Submit ticket.
- Track status from the support list.
Ticket Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | ISP received the ticket. |
| In Progress | Staff is working on the issue. |
| Waiting | More information or field work is required. |
| Resolved | ISP marked issue fixed. |
| Closed | Ticket is complete. |
When Support Menu Is Missing
The ISP may have disabled customer ticket creation. In that case, customers should contact support phone, email, WhatsApp, or local office according to the ISP notice.
