Support lets subscribers create tickets, track issue status, and comment on existing tickets when the ISP enables ticket creation.

Support lets subscribers create tickets, track issue status, and comment on existing tickets when the ISP enables ticket creation.

Where To Open

Area Menu URL
Support Support /portal/support
Create Ticket Support -> Create /portal/support/create

Create A Ticket

  1. Open Support.
  2. Click create ticket.
  3. Select issue category.
  4. Enter a clear subject.
  5. Describe the issue with time, device, router lights, error message, and screenshots if available.
  6. Submit ticket.
  7. Track status from the support list.

Ticket Status

Status Meaning
Open ISP received the ticket.
In Progress Staff is working on the issue.
Waiting More information or field work is required.
Resolved ISP marked issue fixed.
Closed Ticket is complete.

When Support Menu Is Missing

The ISP may have disabled customer ticket creation. In that case, customers should contact support phone, email, WhatsApp, or local office according to the ISP notice.
