The Subscriber Portal is the customer self-care area. Subscribers use it to view plan status, invoices, payments, wallet, usage, tickets, and profile information.
Login
Subscribers sign in from the tenant domain at /user_login.
Example:
https://your-isp-domain.com/user_login
After login, the portal opens under /portal.
Main Modules

What Customers Can See Or Do
Subscriber portal behavior depends on ISP settings. The ISP can enable or disable:
- Online payment.
- Invoice download.
- Plan upgrade.
- Ticket creation.
- Profile edit.
- Password change.
- Usage graph and data visibility.
Basic Customer Flow
- Login from
/user_login. - Check dashboard for current plan, expiry, balance, and notices.
- Open Billing to view invoices or pay online if enabled.
- Open Plans to renew or upgrade if enabled.
- Open Usage to review consumption.
- Open Support to raise a ticket if support is enabled.
- Open Profile to update details or password if allowed.
