Where To Open

Lead To Subscriber Flow

  1. Create a lead with customer name, phone, address, source, and service interest.
  2. Assign a salesperson or team member.
  3. Schedule survey if service feasibility must be checked.
  4. Create quotation with plan, installation charge, device cost, and discounts.
  5. Convert approved quotation into installation work.
  6. Complete installation with CPE, router, cable, and activation details.
  7. Create or activate subscriber.

When To Use Each Stage

Stage Use When Output
Lead Customer has shown interest Sales follow-up record.
Survey Field team must check feasibility Feasibility and signal/route details.
Quotation Customer needs pricing before signup Approved or rejected commercial offer.
Installation Customer accepted connection Installed service and subscriber readiness.

Daily Use

  • Filter leads by status and owner every morning.
  • Move stale leads to follow-up instead of leaving them in new state.
  • Record lost reason when a lead is not converted.
  • Convert only confirmed customers to subscriber records.
