Lead To Subscriber Flow
- Create a lead with customer name, phone, address, source, and service interest.
- Assign a salesperson or team member.
- Schedule survey if service feasibility must be checked.
- Create quotation with plan, installation charge, device cost, and discounts.
- Convert approved quotation into installation work.
- Complete installation with CPE, router, cable, and activation details.
- Create or activate subscriber.
When To Use Each Stage

Daily Use
- Filter leads by status and owner every morning.
- Move stale leads to follow-up instead of leaving them in new state.
- Record lost reason when a lead is not converted.
- Convert only confirmed customers to subscriber records.
