Subscriber Billing and Wallet

Billing lets subscribers view invoices, download invoices when allowed, check payments, pay online when enabled, and recharge wallet where supported.

Billing lets subscribers view invoices, download invoices when allowed, check payments, pay online when enabled, and recharge wallet where supported.

Where To Open

Area Menu URL
Invoices Billing -> Invoices /portal/billing
Invoice Detail Invoice row action /portal/billing/invoices/{invoice}
Payments Billing -> Payments /portal/billing/payments
Wallet Billing -> Wallet /portal/billing/wallet

View An Invoice

  1. Open Billing -> Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice by date, number, amount, or status.
  3. Open invoice detail.
  4. Download invoice if invoice download is enabled.
  5. Pay invoice if online payment is enabled.

Pay An Invoice

  1. Open an unpaid invoice.
  2. Click pay.
  3. Confirm amount.
  4. Complete payment on the gateway page.
  5. Return to the portal.
  6. Confirm invoice status changed to paid.

Wallet Recharge

If wallet recharge is enabled:

  1. Open Billing -> Wallet.
  2. Enter recharge amount.
  3. Complete online payment.
  4. Confirm wallet ledger entry.

Payment Troubleshooting

Problem What To Check
Payment deducted but invoice unpaid Payment gateway log and payment verification status.
Pay button missing allow_online_payment may be disabled.
Download button missing allow_invoice_download may be disabled.
Wallet recharge missing Online payment or wallet self-recharge may not be enabled.
