Add A NAS Router
- Open
Networking -> NAS Devices. - Click
Add NAS Device. - Enter NAS name, IP address, RADIUS secret, vendor, ports, and CoA settings.
- Save the device.
- Use status check, ping, or test action to confirm connectivity.
- Configure the same shared secret and accounting settings on the router.
Add or edit production NAS devices carefully. A wrong secret, wrong source IP, or missing accounting configuration can affect live subscriber login and usage tracking.
Configure IP Pools
- Open
IPv4 PoolsorIPv6 Pools. - Create pool with CIDR or address range.
- Assign pool to the correct NAS or tenant scope.
- Mark reserved or excluded ranges before assigning subscribers.
- Use pool detail page to monitor allocations.
Read Online Sessions
Use Online Sessions to verify who is currently connected. For a stuck session:
- Search by username or subscriber.
- Confirm NAS and framed IP.
- Use close or disconnect action where available.
- Re-check auth log if the subscriber reconnects and fails.
Read Auth Log
Auth Log is the fastest place to debug failed login.
| Error Type | Meaning | Fix |
