Billing Agent Flow
- Open Finance Dashboard.
- Review unpaid and overdue invoices.
- Enter received payments.
- Print or download receipts.
- Export collection report at day end.
Support Agent Flow
- Open Tickets.
- Work high-priority tickets first.
- Check subscriber status, expiry, sessions, and auth log where allowed.
- Add comments after each customer interaction.
- Escalate field or NOC issues.
NOC Flow
- Open Network Dashboard.
- Check NAS health and online sessions.
- Review auth failures.
- Confirm RADIUS accounting and usage reports.
- Notify support team about outages.
Manager Flow
- Check dashboard.
- Review renewals, collection, tickets, and field work.
- Approve or investigate exceptions.
- Export reports for management.
