Send A Broadcast
- Open
Messaging -> Broadcasts. - Click create broadcast.
- Select audience and channel.
- Write message content.
- Preview and send.
- Check notification logs for delivery status.
Publish A Notice
Use Notices for announcements that should remain visible in the portal. Examples include maintenance windows, payment reminders, service changes, or policy updates.
HRM Daily Use
- Mark or review attendance.
- Approve or reject leave requests.
- Maintain salary components before payroll generation.
- Generate payroll only after attendance and leave data are checked.
Troubleshooting
If messages are not delivered, check notification channel settings, templates, provider credentials, and logs. If HRM menus are missing, check employee permissions such as attendance.view or payroll-related permissions.
