Partners manage subscribers assigned to their own organization scope. Depending on permissions, they can add subscribers, renew plans, update basic details, create tickets, and view service status.

Add A Subscriber As Partner
- Open
Subscribers -> Add Subscriber. - Fill customer name, mobile, address, and service area.
- Select a plan shared with the partner.
- Enter connection credentials and device details where required.
- Save subscriber.
- Activate or request activation according to ISP policy.
Renew A Subscriber
- Open subscriber profile.
- Click
Renew. - Confirm plan, price, validity, and tax.
- Check wallet deduction amount.
- Submit renewal.
- Confirm expiry date and receipt.
Partner Renewal Rules
- Partner can renew only subscribers inside their scope.
- The plan must be shared with that partner.
- Wallet balance must be enough if prepaid wallet flow is enabled.
- Commission or buy price comes from plan sharing configuration.
Common Problems
| Problem | Check |

| Plan not visible | ISP has not shared the plan with the partner. |
| Renewal blocked | Wallet balance, permission, plan share, or subscriber status. |
| Subscriber missing | Subscriber is assigned to another organization or partner. |
| Wrong deduction | Plan share price, commission model, tax mode. |
