Employees use the ISP Portal with role-based access. They do not automatically get all ISP admin controls. Their menus depend on assigned permissions.

Login

Open the ISP tenant domain and sign in from /login.

Example:

https://your-isp-domain.com/login

What Employees Can Do

Employees can work on modules granted by their role, such as support, billing, subscribers, field visits, inventory, reports, HRM, or network operations.

First Login Checklist

  1. Confirm you can login.
  2. Check visible menu items.
  3. Open the dashboard or assigned module.
  4. Confirm organization filter if shown.
  5. Report missing permissions to the ISP admin.
