Read-only by design, controlled at every level

NowaSmart is deliberately separated from CRM mutation workflows. It can retrieve and explain permitted evidence, but it has no create, edit, or delete capability. An answer can recommend a check; a human operator remains responsible for any business or network change made through the normal NowaCRM workflow.

The platform Owner maintains the intelligence configuration. A Director decides which ISP may use NowaSmart and can define monthly usage, request-rate, and concurrency controls. Inside the ISP, users need NowaSmart access and retrieved records remain inside the active organization scope. Usage telemetry stores operational metadata separately from the conversation history used for follow-ups.
