NowaCRM is provided by Sayratechnologies. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you visit nowacrm.in, request a demo, contact sales or support, or use NowaCRM services.

We may collect contact details, company information, demo requests, support messages, billing information, usage logs, device and browser information, and technical data needed to operate the platform. ISP customers may also store subscriber records, billing records, tickets, network identifiers, and usage-related operational data in NowaCRM.

We use information to provide demos, operate the platform, deliver support, process billing, improve reliability, secure accounts, investigate abuse, communicate product updates, and comply with legal obligations.
4. ISP Subscriber Data
Subscriber data entered by an ISP customer is processed to provide the service to that ISP. The ISP remains responsible for subscriber notices, permissions, and lawful basis for collecting and using its subscriber data.
5. Security Practices
NowaCRM uses tenant isolation, authenticated access, role-based permissions, audit logs, secure transport, and operational monitoring. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to security issues promptly.
6. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, analytics, communications, payment, support, or security systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, users, or systems.
