NowaCRM Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access NowaCRM, request a demo, start a trial, use the platform, or communicate with Sayratechnologies about NowaCRM services. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Service Description
NowaCRM provides ISP billing, CRM, RADIUS, MikroTik and PPPoE operations, payment collection, ticketing, inventory, reporting, and related support tools for broadband and internet service providers.
3. Trials, Demos, and Subscriptions
Trial access may be time-limited and may be modified or withdrawn if it is misused. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the commercial terms agreed with Sayratechnologies, including subscriber count, billing cycle, support scope, and any custom implementation services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use of the platform, subscriber consent where required, proper configuration of network devices, and maintaining the confidentiality of user accounts, API keys, passwords, and shared secrets.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use NowaCRM to violate law, attack networks, send unlawful communications, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process data that you are not legally permitted to process.
6. Data and Security
NowaCRM uses tenant isolation, access controls, audit logs, and operational safeguards to protect customer data. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of subscriber, billing, and network data entered into the platform.
7. Support and Availability
Support channels and response expectations depend on your plan or agreement. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, payment gateway issues, telecom network issues, or customer-side configuration problems may affect availability.
8. Intellectual Property
NowaCRM, its software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Sayratechnologies or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service during your valid trial or subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayratechnologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
