Bison Deployment Offer
Commercial offer for Bison vBNG / vRouter deployment — BISON-OFFER-v1.0
01. Scope of Service
This offer covers the planned deployment of for the Customer, including deployment planning, installation guidance and service activation as described in the agreed deployment plan.
02. Deployment Responsibilities
NowaCRM will provide the Bison deployment plan, software provisioning, configuration guidance and remote deployment assistance according to the agreed topology.
03. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer will provide suitable x86 server infrastructure, network connectivity, uplink and access-network details, RADIUS environment access and a technical point of contact for the deployment window.
04. Infrastructure Requirements
Final hardware requirements — CPU, memory, NICs/interfaces and OS baseline — are confirmed during network assessment and depend on traffic, subscriber and interface requirements.
05. License / Subscription Terms
Bison is provided under a commercial license or subscription defined in the deployment plan. License scope, subscriber or throughput tiers and renewal terms are confirmed before activation.
06. Support Scope
Support covers deployment assistance and break-fix guidance for the Bison platform within agreed support hours. On-site support, if required, is scoped separately.
07. Payment Terms
Payment schedule, milestones and invoicing are defined in the deployment plan. Services activate after receipt of agreed advance payments.
08. Taxes
All applicable taxes, duties and levies are charged extra as per prevailing rates and are payable by the Customer.
09. Migration Scope
Migration is executed in controlled stages agreed with the Customer. Existing RADIUS workflows and access infrastructure remain in place unless the plan states otherwise.
10. Service Limitations
Throughput and session capacity depend on provisioned hardware, topology and traffic profile. No outcome is guaranteed beyond what the signed deployment plan specifies.
11. Termination Terms
Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the deployment plan. Fees for completed milestones and active subscription periods remain payable.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep deployment details, credentials and commercial terms confidential and share them only with personnel who need them for the engagement.
13. Data Handling
Network information shared for this deployment is used only to evaluate, plan and deliver the requested Bison deployment.
14. Acceptable Use
The Customer will operate the platform lawfully and will not use it to disrupt upstream, downstream or third-party networks.
15. Warranty / Liability Terms
Bison is provided with commercially reasonable deployment assistance. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected deployment period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Offer Validity
This offer is valid until 2026-10-22. Commercial terms may be revised after expiry.
